Waterproofing done properly, tile laid straight, fittings you chose. Two to three weeks.
Custom carpentry and built-ins
Shelving, window seats, mudroom benches and wardrobes, built in our shop and fitted in a day.
Decks and porches
Cedar or composite, to code, with the permit handled for you.
Painting and finishing
Interior and exterior, prep included, two coats of a paint that lasts.

About Harbor Street Carpentry
Harbor Street is a four-person crew led by Sam Delacroix, a licensed carpenter with eighteen years on job sites from Kittery to Camden. We do the work ourselves rather than subcontracting it out, which is why the schedule we give you is the schedule you get.
Every job starts with a visit and a written quote: what we will do, what it costs, how long it takes. If something changes on site, you hear it from us the same day, with the numbers.

Questions
Is the quote free?
Yes. The visit and the written quote cost nothing and you are not committed to anything.
How soon can you start?
Small jobs usually within the week. Kitchens, bathrooms and decks are booked two to six weeks out depending on the season; the quote gives you a start date.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes: Maine licensed, with general liability and workers’ compensation cover. Certificates come with every quote.
How do payments work?
A third when we start, a third halfway, the rest when you are happy with the finished work. Card, bank transfer or cheque.
