Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Statpio ("we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use our website and services. By continuing to use our Service, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this Cookie Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember your preferences, improve user experience, and provide analytical information about how the website is used.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
Keep you signed in to your account.
Remember your preferences and settings.
Improve the performance and security of our Service.
Count visits to our website with our own analytics, which sets no cookies.
Provide a better overall user experience.
Types of Cookies We Use
These are the cookies and similar technologies statpio.com uses:
Essential Cookies – Keep you signed in (
access_tokenfor 15 minutes,refresh_tokenfor 30 days) and protect signing in with Google and connecting Google Search Console (a state cookie for 10 minutes).Dashboard cookie –
d1b, for up to an hour while you use the dashboard, so every page shows your latest changes.Analytics – Statpio's own analytics sets no cookies: it keeps a visit ID in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab.
Local storage – Remembers your light or dark theme and a few dashboard choices (such as a tip you dismissed) and, once you create a website, a device check used to allow one Free Forever website per device.
Third-Party Services
We don't use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Services you use through Statpio, such as Google when you sign in with Google and Dodo Payments at checkout, may set cookies on their own websites; their own privacy and cookie policies apply to those. If we ever add an optional analytics tool that sets cookies, it only runs after you accept it in a cookie banner.
On websites hosted on Statpio
The code Statpio adds to the websites it hosts uses only:
a sign-in cookie for 24 hours after a visitor enters the website's password;
a cookie for 2 minutes after a form is sent without JavaScript, so the page can show its thank-you message;
session storage for the analytics visit ID and for form answers not sent yet;
local storage for a blog's light or dark choice and for "ignore my visits".
Pages with a Statpio form load Cloudflare Turnstile against spam. Blog pages, and the page shown at an address with no website yet, load their font from Google Fonts. Anything else a website loads is added by its owner.
Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality or availability of parts of the Service.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Cookie Policy.
