Welcome to Statpio ("Statpio", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Statpio website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Statpio.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Abuse Policy & Reporting, which explain how we collect information, use cookies, handle subscription refunds, and process website policy violations.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use Statpio.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you use Statpio on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Certain features of Statpio require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current registration information.
Maintain the security of your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Use your account only for lawful purposes.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
Statpio supports multiple authentication methods, including email/password accounts and Google Sign-In.
If you register using an email address, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and ensuring your email address remains accessible.
You may choose to authenticate using your Google account. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize Google to share the information necessary to authenticate your identity with Statpio.
Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
We encourage you to use a strong password, enable available security features, and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities performed using your account unless unauthorized access results from our negligence.
If we reasonably believe your account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or violates these Terms, we may temporarily suspend access while we investigate the issue.
Statpio allows you to connect your GitHub repositories through the Statpio GitHub App to deploy static websites.
By installing the GitHub App, you authorize Statpio to access only the repositories and permissions you explicitly grant.
Depending on the permissions you approve, Statpio may access:
Repository metadata.
Repository contents required for deployments.
Branch information.
Commit information necessary to build and deploy your website.
Statpio requests read-only access to your repositories and does not modify your source code, create commits, or push changes without your explicit action.
You may revoke GitHub access at any time through your GitHub account settings or by disconnecting the integration within Statpio.
Statpio enables you to deploy static websites using ZIP uploads or connected GitHub repositories.
You are solely responsible for:
The content you upload or publish.
Ensuring you have the necessary rights to publish that content.
Keeping your websites and assets lawful and up to date.
Although we strive to provide reliable hosting, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free deployments, or compatibility with every project.
You retain ownership of all websites, files, images, source code, and other content you upload to Statpio.
By using our Services, you grant Statpio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, cache, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.
This license automatically ends when your content is permanently removed from our systems, subject to reasonable backup retention periods and legal obligations.
You agree to use Statpio responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not use our Services to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software.
Host phishing pages or fraudulent content.
Distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Statpio.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Statpio platform.
Bypass usage limits or security mechanisms.
Use automated tools to abuse or overload our infrastructure.
Upload illegal, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content.
Impersonate another individual or organization.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

Some Statpio features require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, available features, and usage limits are published on our Pricing page and may change over time.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees.
Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments. Statpio does not store your complete payment card information.
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Statpio, including its software, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, and website, is owned by Statpio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Statpio platform.
We continually improve our Services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Although we strive for high availability, maintenance, updates, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.
Statpio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your websites and other important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Statpio and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Statpio during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Statpio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Statpio at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, create security risks, or engage in unlawful activities.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations incurred before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements, or business practices.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of Statpio after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
